I just don’t get why some certain worldwide spoken language calls it "corn" when there is the beautiful, non-generic and unique word "maize" for it.

Do native speakers even realize that corn simply means grain? 🤔

I kinda wish I could be *helpful* to others in a way that isn’t too overwhelming for myself.

My fear of the depletion of my funds and complete fossilization of myself is increasing daily. But I‘m staying put.

If you're wondering how that's sustainable, the answer is: It is not.

I wish I wasn't burnt out. I often go for *months* without doing literally anything, living off my savings, until a tiny, god-sent burst of productivity comes along for a few days.

Surely this one very last – promise! – dopamine hit triggered by my thumb swiping that glowing glass rectangle will fix me!

If I could change one thing about the software industry, it would be adding way more quirky humor and whimsy.

And I don’t mean silly meme pics in medium dot dom coding tutorials but instead more original and fresh styles like Nikita Prokopov‘s, for example.

I envy ADHD folks who seem to have a new project idea every 4 nano seconds.

Personally, I like Auto Layout quite a lot and find it pleasant every time it "clicks". But I‘ve seen others struggle a lot with it, and I seem to hear a lot of confusion about Swift Concurrency as well. I know it’s at least a decade too early to do so, but I wonder what‘ll be *its* successor.

If Structured Concurrency is the equivalent of Auto Layout, which many people also found quite a bit too hard to grasp, then what will be the equivalent of the liberating (or scary) paradigm shift that was SwiftUI?

May I suggest making the Create & Submit button a little wider, though?
