Other than going straight in to PN or TA there isn't much as I can't imagine he'd gain much from stomping people at Coupe de France races

Most riders would be able to stick a foot out but really wouldn't keep the speed
Anyone that has done CX is very used to losing a front wheel and using a foot to kick yourself up
They are on Schwable which are pretty decent. But set up and pressures definitely could.
Pluimers seemed to get off the crown of the road whilst cornering which meant he then had a wet offcamber to deal with, which is hard especially at speed

Hot take but I think plenty of other riders keep it upright, but none keep the momentum that MvdP did
MvdPs ability to dab and get back on the power smoothly is crazy in that situation, especially with single sided pedals
