It's a sad situation. CSA has not done enough at grassroots level to create a pipeline of cricketers of colour. KFC drives the foundational stage. No one is in the developmental stage. Schools take in a handful...

That's largely what I do, too. I watch the odd match and some highlights. It gives me insight into how some of these guys played.

I like it. Gives retired guys an avenue to get out and stretch plus some money. It also keeps some guys out of the commentary box. Not all retired guys can or should be commentators 😂😂
