If the decline in my health has taught me anything, it’s that I need to let go of things that hurt me more. The pain in my body is exasperated under stress, and I’m realizing that nothing is worth letting myself get sicker and sicker

2025 is the year for moving on.
If something is draining your energy, move on.
If someone is causing you pain, move on.
If it is not nourishing you, move on.

Move on to healthier, happier things. We do not need to be tied to things that make us unhappy. Grab onto what brings you joy and hold tight
