I wish the courts would come to a definitive answer on dragnet warrants. I had a similar issue with a dragnet at a gas station - they narrowed the list down to over 40 people (if I remember correctly). That means 39 people were also considered "suspects" for merely being present at the time.

I focus on key provisions in various instructions. In self-defense cases I have PowerPoint slides because the self-defense instructions are so byzantine. And always use the circumstantial evidence definition to explain reasonable doubt (2 or more reasonable explanations - must reject guilty one)
