This trial is a circus! One of the accused was not even present at the protest in question. They are being charged on a fake ANTIFA association. The federal judge is not conducting himself appropriately. I have no doubt, these people will be convicted. The question is the domestic terrorism charges.

Charged ICE officer did not identify himself as federal agent to police - Riverside-Brookfield Landmark Adam Saracco, who has been charged with misdemeanor battery, failed to identify himself as an ICE agent at the scene of the incident.

“What she calls ‘malicious rhetoric,’ I call documentation. What she calls ‘agitation,’ I call accountability. What she calls a ‘threat,’ a local police department and prosecutor call battery,” he said. “I was not a threat to Saracco … He is a federal agent who tried to silence me with violence.”
