Who can view the retained data at Open AI

This is one of the reasons I'm happy we went with Magic School AI for our main tool for teachers and students to use because it's based on Anthropic's model and is the group which split off from OpenAI to prioritize AI safety.

This data is not for training the model.
openai.com/enterprise-p... It seems that a ZDR or zero data retention request has to be requested. Looking at the community it seems that requests have been made with no response.

We are having an interesting discussion about one of our Edtech vendors that uses OpenAI. It seems that with the Enterprise API calls, that OpenAI retains data for 30 days to review for abuse. The data is viewable by engineers within the company and also by 3rd party vendors for review of the abuse

I would like to be in Google Edu Pack #2 if possible. I'm a GoogleEI

Other than that you can use one of the modules in MagicSchool AI called "Custom Chatbot" or use the Space Creator in SchoolAI. The other possibility is Poe but I've only created a Role Play bot, as there is also a Prompt Bot you can try.

I played around with the settings and had two other people testing it with me. I think that having historical or good primary source information that doesn't fix the individual bot helped.
