Talouspolitiikan arviointineuvoston pj:
1) ei elvytetä antamalla pienituloisille rahaa, koska se heikentää julkista taloutta,
2) elvytetään uhkaamalla ottaa kansalta jatkossa etuja pois,
3) kotimaisella kulutuskysynnällä ei ole kansantaloudellisesti niin väliä.
