i remade this shot a while ago as zoraal ja is supposed to be 13 in the short story when he defeats a zaghnal during the great hunt festival, and it was harder than one might think ^-^"

teeshal ja stays near yuweyawata when the landsguard defeated lunipyati while zoraal ja goes back to tuliyollal for the rite. ximena joins him, he wants it bc he'll be his queen when he becomes king :3 sareel ja follows them around and in the end he's the one who ends up opening the golden gate. so... the three of them go to the skydeep cenote where endless sphene seeks contact with them but zoraal ja decides to not answer her call and instead he wants to inform his father about the potential danger. he kills sareel ja too for good measure and for the same reasons he does in canon. while they're all on their way back to tuliyollal (wuk lamat and koana, etc) tuliyollal then gets suddenly attacked and at the same time that bubble appears in yyasulani. (bc of sareel ja, i put a few canon bits of his plot from the jeuno raid in there. sareel ja basically sold tural to alexandria and wanted to be rescued in return, if that had happened or not is a secret though rn) surprisingly during the attack on tuliyollal king of resolve zoraal ja leads the enemies and everyone is confused when later the prince returns and the king has been slayn, apparently by zoraal ja.

tuliyollal is without lead at that moment and they call zoraal ja kingslayer, despite him not being around at that time. and so he, ximena and his siblings are going to investigate wtf actually happened. meanwhile in alexandria teeshal ja in those 30 years paradox worked together with kanilokka in order to 'bring their deity to alexandria' (canonically the people in yuweyawata see zoraal ja as their deity after he defeated lunipyati) so teeshal ja and kanilokka cook up an adult clone of zoraal ja (the king) who has to deal with false memories, anmesia, a fragmented soul, instable mental health etc. while kanilokka treats him like a god, teeshal ja wants to try to pursue him so that she can be with "her" zoraal ja. but he refuses too bc he has shattered memories of a viera 'he' is supposed to be with. and after a while he randomly comes across ximena's shard anemoia. teeshal ja then makes another clone (gulool ja) with the mindset of basically grooming him into the role of the zoraal ja version she wants. (not in a she's a pedophile sense, more in a completely delusional sense) and as soon as the bby is born she realizes what she wants to do is wrong, since this is just a cute little bby boy ;_; so she brings him away like in the canon and basically dumps him so that oblivion finds the boy. she then later dies bc whatever tf happened in yuweyawata then.

just typed a long text to a friend who's interested in my main canon for ximena and zoraal ja so... it means a lot if anyone's interested too :3
