The one I went to as a kid had a generic wooden fort/slide/monkey bars thing, but it also had the burger sky jail. Funny what they chose to make unbranded and what they kept branded.

I'm the oldtaku grumbling about Ingrid being the "new" character in SF6's season 3. But I was also the oldtaku grumbling about Terry and Mai in season 2 and I dug them once I actually played them, so I'm sure my grumbling is just that.

The date on the paper was from May 1996 I think, so it was making me think it had something to do with the first MI, since that's when it was released. I was thinking she knew someone who died on that opening mission or whatever, then nothing really came of it. Weird why that's even there.

You'd think the "rational," "middle of the road" attitude would be "everyone has the same rights regardless of any factor" and not "how many rights can we deny trans people before it's just outright murder," but I guess I'm balancing on a totally different scale, huh?

Teenager/20something me, who would play SF almost daily as a way to zone out after school, would be ashamed of me for going a year without playing the game.

Played SF6 for the first time in, like, a year.

Really digging how Mai plays. I'm sorry, Mai, for being mad you were a guest character taking up a slot on the season pass.

Also tried out A.K.I., who I really like as a concept, but she doesn't jibe with me play-wise.

Big gap between 1 and 2. Fallout and Rogue Nation could switch dependent on mood. Need to rewatch 2, but doubt it'll overtake anything even if it's better than I remember. Everything from 1 on up is great to some degree.

It's far from the worst Disney live action remake, but it makes some baffling mistakes like this.

Lilo and Stitch is werid in that, yeah, Nani gives up Lilo to foster care, but a literal Portal (as in the video game) joke totally negates it two minutes later. Why even change that if you're gonna turn it into a mid-credit stinger? Well, more like "you think the credits are starting" stinger.

Yeah. In the NES and SNES days before I graduated high school, I'd get a game or two at Xmas, a game or two on my birthday, and maybe one or two games at other times in the year, and I thought I was doing pretty well. I played as many games as I did through renting and playing friends' games.

My quick and dirty comparison impression of Final Reckoning is "Raiders of the Lost Ark if they have to put whatever it is inside of the Ark back inside."

But the grocery store doesn't have seasonal egg sales where eggs from last year are 90% off and the pressure is on to take advantage of the sale and keep up with all of your egger friends who own 100 more eggs than you.
