Well, as a resident of CA, suffering with cancer and broke, it really is horribly expensive here, even in the "undesirable" parts of town. 3x's your rent in income to even be able to look for a rental, and the rent is grossly high and no, not everyone is a movie star.

Take money out of politics, most of it goes to special favors, TV ad's and junk mail you cant even recycle. TV stations should have to air political ad's for free, politicians should be limited to how many ad's are released, and tour the country campaigning at their own expense.
