ADD has been outdated for at least 11 years though. I went in for an ADD diagnosis 11 years ago but I could only get the ADHD diagnosis since ADD wasn't used anymore . . .

I got diagnosed with ADHD and then I got diagnosed with autism

If you were to get an ADD diagnosis then you should go somewhere else since ADD is a pretty outdated term. The main difference between ADD and ADHD is how annoying it is for other people. So it's now just ADHD 😉

The mask was suffocating me. Autism didn’t cause my mental health issues it was the lack of understanding of self that caused the problems.

Now I walk a different path. #Neurodiversity

I felt the same when I was diagnosed at 20. I wish I got the diagnosis way sooner though
