Experimenting with Ren'Py and Visual Studio Code... I know a bit of Python programming through my job, so I figure it would be fun to put that to use making a visual novel. Or at the least, make something small with a couple images and dialogue options that can be selected...

This isn't the first time I've heard about this kind of thing, but yeah it's such a waste. Capcom had new key art made for the anniversary and that's what the cutouts were using. It would have been nice if they saved them for future events like you mentioned.

Apparently they were required to destroy them when the event was over. But I hope one of the employees at least snuck one away for themselves. They were very cool cutouts, so it'd be nice to imagine at least one of them still exists in one piece...

I remember when the anime store my partner and I often visit had an official Megaman popup event. There was lots of cool merch and large cardboard cutouts of the representative character for each series.

I asked if I could buy the X and Zero cutouts after the event ended, but they said no. Alas...

He is taller and bigger than X, but he's so rundown that his posture has become bad, no longer standing at his true height to tower over X. Vile's face is tilted downwards, his messy hair hiding his blank expression. His arms extend listlessly to his sides, looking very beaten down. His head is slightly lowered to allow X to place his helmet on, accepting his care wordlessly and with no acknowledgement.

Sorry for the repost! I realize it's better I use this thread to keep all my Vavarium-inspired art together in one spot, since I'd like to make more in the future.

But yeah! X being very commited to getting Vile ready in the morning, including feeding him, dressing him, showering him in kisses...

Yup! I was so stressed but it seems my work paid off. I'm already starting my next term though, so I don't get much of a break yet. 😅

I'm taking only one course this term, so hopefully that will lighten the workload a bit. Juggling two and a full-time job was definitely harder than I thought...

Oh yeah, I got A's in all my classes!! I'm very happy about that too... My final project took a lot of work so I'm glad I did well on that especially...

Yeah! I've been enjoying working on it more, even if just in doodle form. I need to come up with more ideas for drawings though if I end up going down that route again...

I want to draw more Vavarium things. Hopefully I can find time to draw some more. Then again maybe I should use that time to work on the next chapter... Hmm...
