This simple message has been a reminder for me when it feels like the world is throwing everything my way. We can’t always control what happens, but we can choose how we respond.
This song will be forever burned into my mind as one of my favorite childhood memories. I would watch The Muppets and all things Sesame Street with my late big brother, Sam, for hours on end. We’d laugh and smile, and these moments would go on to inspire some of the best parts of who I am today.
