We need to address shadow docket decisions as advisory, given the lack of clarity they provide. They should be viewed as narrowly as possible and not precedent setting.

I would like to see protestors shouting phrases such as “WE are what is great about America!!!” Or
“We ARE America!!” Or anything along those lines. The right keeps chanting “USA USA”. We need something like that.

I am writing this everywhere I can. Shadow docket decisions should not be viewed as establishing precedent. If they can’t be bothered to write a fulsome opinion, then we can’t be bothered to adhere to their vote.

Having sat on a federal grand jury, the indictment makes sense. I mean, “he might have lied” so let the actual trial happen and the jury decide beyond a reasonable doubt. This is a ham sandwich against Comey.
