I made this adorable little Koala holding a coffee as a commission for the amazing Alikayneedscoffee. I didn't have a pattern for this so its pattern and everything is all me. It took a few times of frogging and remaking but I'm pleased with how it turned out.

Prep work took days, but we’re rocking and rolling now.

The pinning begins!! Got my tags (will need soooooo may more), finished my design, transfered it to pattern pages over the last two days and so now I get to the fun part: piecing and sewing. New projects are always so exciting!! #quilt #quilting

I haven't done any linocut printing since junior high, but I got the itch recently and started with a portrait of Danhausen since I was super psyched about his debut at Elimination Chamber! He's the best!

I have high hopes for this one to come out of the kiln after glaze ... wish me luck

Today I participated in a handmade charity sale at my office. I'm proud to say I raised $50 from selling my tatted items, plus donating $10 for some of the baked goodies from my colleagues. :)

I made this vase as a christmas present for my sister 👁️ it exploded in the kiln so I glued the pieces back together and painted over the whole thing with a chrome purple acrylic. Not sure how long it will survive this mortal coil but I think it looks nice now #pottery

New purchase! One of my favorite clients, Aimee Sher, (who also happens to be one of my favorite designers), has a brand new in-house yarn and I couldn't decide which color I liked best, so I went ahead and got both. Why not, right?

Gornwen, dressed for CNY dinner in Chinatown, holds a folded honeycomb knitted blanket in chunk yellow, red, blue, and green yarn, with a cream main color and boardwe. Behind them the pagoda inspired saircaswd in Chicago's new Chinatown can be seen.

The cute jungle animal ribbon on the wrong side of the blanket that took Gornwen 18 months to sew on.

That feeling when you get to finally give that baby (error toddler) blanket you casted-on over a two years ago.
