Trying to decide whether to go mad and put lots of embroidery on the jeans or keep it vaguely subtle. Concentrated on decorating the pockets today. The two surviving patches on the back pockets(the rest fell off over a few wears and washes) have been added to with embroidery and fabric paint.

OK, obv I’ve got to do my nails today n I’m glad I took this photo so I could be horrified enough to decide that, but I am so excited to start using this pen. I always wanted one of these 3-D drawing pens where you use melted plastic to construct sculpture. I bet I can make cool things with it!

Started at 5am (my sleep sucks), finished at the back of 8pm. My Scottish blue bonnet is done! (no pattern to share as I made it up as I went along). Just needs a wee pom-pom and it's all set 😄

Made a Jacob's Ladder quilt block and only realized after it was done that I'd put some pieces in wrong. Too late now!

The gold was supposed to point in instead of out. But what you call that is individual style choice and not a mistake.

The lines not matching up? That is a mistake.
