Their ship, Aurora, had drifted away, leaving them stranded in brutal conditions-three men died before rescue. The negatives were carefully thawed and developed, revealing rare, never-before-seen glimpses of early Antarctic exploration. A powerful find that revives a forgotten chapter in polar history.
