Iridescent Juno hair is not exactly what I want uh what's the word for it, i gotta figure it out

I wanted to try drawing something like this using an actual photo. I tried it before but it came out much better this time!

Sometiems it's not that easy for people to pick up just by watching. For me it's important to know why certain effects are being used. It's not enough for me to just watch a person use it. I have to know why they do it, and it can be difficult to pick up without explanation.

You know, I was expecting bluesky to be a little more engaged, but I guess that only applies to people that have an already big following. I like it though. At least now I'm not confused why I don't get engagement because my follower count is actually small
