Texans bad OL loses two additional lineman. They must have a plan. Right? RIGHT?

My biggest riser in my rankings - Deion Burks

Notes excerpt: "Has a nice release package, is extremely quick. Nuance in his routes. Mostly asked to do stuff close to LOS but I liked what I saw on deep routes. Not a contested catch guy. Likely a specialist/gadget player. Moved around the formation."

John Michael Gyllenborg leads off the TE gauntlet in this clip. JMG lit up the combine and might be the 3rd most athletic guy in the TE class.

Yeah, I think he can actually play the boundary role. Keon wasn’t asked to in college. I don’t know what Buffalo is doing there..

Appreciate your thoughts! I was hoping to get a look at Burks during the Senior Bowl. Branch has the production, which has given him an edge in my rankings so far.

They both seem like speed slot guys you scheme up touches for. But not in the β€œgadgety” way where they can’t see 60+ targets.

He’s a better route runner IMO. Doesn’t leave his feet unnecessarily. More technically sound.

Matt, what separates WRs Deion Burks and Zachariah Branch from each other in your opinion? I’m having a hard time ranking these guys.

Rueben’s NA IPA can with a glass next to it. The glass has a bad head of beer foam rising above the beverage.

My favorite thing about being alive in the year 2026 is that all of my favorite breweries have N/A beers now.

I chopped the blocking drill clip for several of the TEs I have in the same tier fantasy wise post-combine. What do you guys think about this cohort of TEs?

02.03.2026 00:05 β€” πŸ‘ 1    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 0    πŸ“Œ 0

The 15 second mark is where TE Matt Hibner runs the gauntlet drill. He had the most bench press reps of the TEs at 28 reps.

At 6’4” 239lbs (Senior Bowl measurements), he ran a 4.57 forty and had a 37” vertical. πŸ‘€

He’s risen 15 spots in my SF rookie rankings. Pre-combine rankings.πŸ‘‡

If you haven’t watched Navy before, they run some of the most fun/head scratching offense in all of college football.

Against ND their QB ran 23 times for 101 yards and a TD. Eli was one of only two players to catch a pass for Navy.

01.03.2026 22:57 β€” πŸ‘ 2    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 0    πŸ“Œ 0

RB/β€œSnipe” Eli Heidenreich didn’t stand out when I watched him live with Navy vs Notre Dame. He wasn’t ranked in my pre-combine rankings.

I’ve moved him up into the β€œget your guy” area for where I’d look at 4/5th round rookie picks.

Post-combine rankings go live tomorrow! Pre-combine πŸ‘‡

Acknowledges that he came from a small school to a big school.
Was #3 on the depth chart, said his work in the weight room helped elevate him, then spring ball he had big runs consistently and made big plays, and then fall camp he was daily making big plays. Everyone was saying he was a starter but his mentality was he isn't a starter until game day and he practices that way. He's gotta go get his. Taylen says he's good at pass protection and all rb roles. His favorite part of being a RB is running the ball. He was the cover of Hawgs Illustrated. Fans wanted him to be McFadden. He wanted to stay away from newspapers so his head doesn't get big. Says he comes from humble beginnings. For recruiting he committed to Utah when he hit the portal, after he committed Utah stopped showing him love and they weren't answering the phone. He didn't sign the papers yet. And then AR asked him to come visit. They put together a game plan for him to graduate with his Bachelor's and that was important to him. Razorbacks handle NIL in a more professional manner. Gets paid on time. Clicked with Jayden Platt, Taylen Green, and other TEs. They go to the movies and out to eat and all that. Acknowledges the jump in play with OL/DL compared to small schools. Likes old school music. Acknowledges he needs patience and explosion, calls out vision and patience will get you to where you need to go on the field. Drives an SIT fast car. His favorite run scheme is outside zone, pin and pull (2 linemen pin the block and another lineman pulls around), power schemes running downhill with 1 puller. Goal is to get 1k yards and he hit it. Doesn't care about TDs as much as yards. He would be a LB if he didn't play RB. Has 2 warnings for speeding through campus lol. Patrina (?) relationship - great coach when it comes to critiquing everything he does. Patrina lets the RB coach do his thing and coach. Knows they want the best for him. Wants to be one of the best razorbacks when the season is over.

6'2" 223 lbs from Utica, NY! Transferred from NMSU to AR this year. Played with Taylen Green and those two feed off the RPO. Green likely stole some yards, but extended drives, too. Had good statistical games against good opponents. Curvelinear mover who gets to top speed quickly, but doesn't have high-end speed. Stays close to his blockers. Runs with good low pad level. Keeps his legs moving on short yardage plays.Takes 1 step to change direction up field. Makes himself available to the QB and appeared to have good hands. Absolutely laid out 2nd-team all-american Michael Taft on a TD run and didn't lose too much speed. Poor blocking on the only blitz pick-up I saw.

Mike Washington note drop from when I scouted him in December. Man, was I wrong about his long speed after my film study. When I was watching games it felt clear that Green was faster than him. Arkansas had some freaks this year.

SIA for any spelling/grammar snafus.
