And who's to decide which contributions are meaningful? Would you say US President Trump has made meaningful contributions? Boris Johnson? Baroness Charlotte Owen?
Those who contribute the most tend to get overlooked. Those who can balance intellect and feeling. Those who can get ppl to connect.

Most contributions to society cannot really be measured with any test. Plus, many of the most meaningful contributions don't get paid. What about raising a child to become an open-minded, feeling person? Decisive for it's happiness and society as a whole, but you won't get an award for it. ➡️

Sounds like Israel is trying to keep the Israelis afraid of Palestinians. Just in case they might be moved by the suffering in Gaza that they might get to see now.

This isn't even about whether ppl agree with him. The public has a right to get better acquainted with Zack Polanski's thinking and character, @bbcnews-uk-rss.bsky.social. The Greens are an opposition party and there needs to be a meaningful political debate about govt policies.

It's not necessary to know everyone personally to know that all groups matter. It's still not quite clear to me why the ladies' discomfort is to be dismissed while the wishes of the male-bodied folks should come first.

Wouldn't be surprising if those who are uncomfortable about the presence of the male-bodied folks presently don't use the pond.
The decent thing to do would be to find a way to accommodate everyone. With three ponds that's very well possible.

The effort of the advocacy group very much suggests there's a considerable number of women who don't feel comfortable with male-bodied individuals in a women's space. It's not quite clear to me why *their* discomfort is to be dismissed while the wishes of the mentioned individuals should come first.

Plus, the civil service might have other things to worry about until then, given that Putin is expected to bestow his attentions on European NATO territory around 2029. ⛑️🪖

The question remains how much influence these circles (Blair, Ellison etc) have on the policies of the UK govt, especially via Morgan McSweeney + his mentor Maurice Glasman. It seems odd that UK govt policies seem geared more towards *their* interests + worldview than to what Labour was elected for.
