Amazing port! I love that you can choose between different palette and soundtrack options. I wish the official re-releases had this kind of extra content!
I found a little bug? After missing a jump here during my loop 2 run the game got stuck in this forever. Sadly, I could not replicate it again.

It's really amazing how much pixel art improved when you compare earlier NES games with NES games released later on. That's something I love about pixel art, it seems that people keep making more and more impressive things with it as time goes by.

They do! Both of them are 3 tiles tall by 2 tiles wide
My version would probably need a bit of retouching since I think the original sprite is mirroring one of the tiles and mine doesn't, but it could easily be used in the game.
