i've been told a couple of times players may like to have a more active choice on their build, and i don't disagree, so i've modified something really deep in the core loop: you can now select the Arcane of the random spells you find

- Cannot choose Arcane
- All spells spawn with a random Infused Stamp
you are β Allowed, to force a build
