i've been told a couple of times players may like to have a more active choice on their build, and i don't disagree, so i've modified something really deep in the core loop: you can now select the Arcane of the random spells you find

oh, that mode will be back as a Sigil, i'm thinking:
Sigil of Something
- Cannot choose Arcane
- All spells spawn with a random Infused Stamp

you are ✅Allowed, to force a build

the more artefacts of a given Arcane you hold, the more chances you have to be offered that Arcane, I'm also planning on adding a Core artefact that gives one more choice

i was writing comics professionally when i thought "what if xcom but it's all consumables?", so i'll continue writing comics professionally and see what bold new idea comes to me
