Lots of chatbots have been saying things to that effect, and lots of people have been ignoring it. It's like liquor commercials telling people to "drink responsibly."

The social "bubble" is real and powerful. I think it actually took the internet a while to catch up to replicating what people have had going in the real world for generations: Ideas and attitudes are contagious, and changing them is painful, so folks mostly remain where they are.
