The PokéPad included in Perfect Order is not legal for Tournament Play until March 27th.
Until then, only the ASC version is legal.
This includes Houston and all Challenges and Cups until then.

Unfortunately, we still lost to South Texas, so we are on of the playoff race. A little disappointing in the end, but I'm still so proud of my team this season. We did the best we ever have and almost clinched a playoff berth!

Also, Nintendo currently has a track record of banning consoles from online functionality if said console read a cart that has been "tampered" with whether it was legal or not. It's all about principle.

The anti-consumerism comes in the form of not having immediate full access to the game out of the box, requiring an internet connection to have full access to download the game. When I buy a physical cartridge, I want immediate access to the game on the cart.

This card is clearly supposed to be a Munkidori counter after they have already printed one in Battle Cage. This one might be more effective, but with only really two or three decks running Munkidori in post rotation format, I don't think this card will be particularly good.

I think it's interesting that the card design philosophy of making counters to "problematic" Pokémon is still a thing after this style of card design has been proven to not work time and time again, with only a few exceptions over the years.
