Sad thing is...they are just going to put them in federal prison or worse. I saw this when I was in jail and prison. The B.O.P. motto, "It can always get worse." It was in engraved on a sign above the entrance to Leavenworth Federal Penitentiary. Shackled to 40 other people, I saw it.
