When we have actual prices I alway give those rates. Yet these are about predictions and those who do them do it on typical use as the split between unit rate and standing charge is unpredictable, it depends on Ofgem's stance each time. Hence why I say focus on % change

I'm afraid, the October Energy Price Cap is now predicted to RISE a touch! Things had been looking better, but the improvement has now softened a little. Fixes look a much better bet (see cheapenergyclub.com comparison)
