I know the Chiefs openly made no attempt to win. That was still a butt whipping, and those can linger, backups or not. I have a feeling they’ll regret not at least giving the starters a series or two to stay sharp.

Having watched both extensively, I think Cam Skateboo is a better running back than Ashton Jeanty. I think both will be successful at the next level.

It’s not why they lost the game, to be very clear, but IMO the Broncos absolutely made the wrong call agreeing to flex that game to Thurs night. I’d be in the camp of always saying no to an idea that’s frankly absurd and never should have been floated to begin with.

If the selection committee somehow takes Tulane over the Big 12 Champ, then they should all fire themselves. That would be so preposterous I don't even know where to start.

We all know this loss should eliminate Alabama from playoff consideration, so naturally the committee and ESPN will railroad them in.
