Flames of Orion rulebook drops the moment I’ve printed the rules and played a game flipping through a4’s and guessing mostly. Great fun game, though! Everyone but one mech got burnt to a crisp by the dying sun.

Lots of fun but terrible for testing scenarios!

I took some notes on my phone that I’ll transfer to a proper document in a bit and then mull over for a bit until next update. But yeah. Hard stuff!

Also, multiplayer games really throw shit up in the air.

Well I had to make up some sort of 4 player ruleset ad hoc, but considering that, I’d say it went well. Biggest issues I have is how much kneejerk change and what to just keep as is until further testing. Any insights on that part?
