I had an IUD for a bit too, it made my period so light but did nothing for my PMDD. And getting it put in was the worst pain I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been on and off of BC pills since high school and they used to help but started making everything weird and irregular and more moody…

I will definitely look into it! I have a heating pad but not at the office which I have to go into 3x a week 🥲 I’ve seen there’s some out there now that you can like stick on and wear discreetly, or that are TENS + heat, I might look into that too…
