They talked a lot about solar in villages.

13-15 year olds’ ability to legally consent to sex with someone up to 4 years older is current law. My bill didn’t change that. HB 101 just limits who 16- & 17- year olds could have sex with. Currently there is no upper limit on whom 16- & 17- year olds can consent to sex with.
