Unearthed part of the original cooking heath of our cottage. This one is low, deep and long - since it was where they cooked for over 100 years. It kept the other half of the house warm as well. First image shows where it is located in the dining area/ kitchen. The wall on the right.

This passed year came and went in a heartbeat. Its tides rushed in relentless, wild, warm, soft, freezing, all that!
