It turns out it was trying to take a shower, having the handle come off in my hand, failing to turn off the water as it spews across the room, taking my headlamp and going to the crawlspace of this remote cabin where I'm in residency, failing to find the shut off, and having to call someone to help.

What is the appropriate celebration for when you complete a draft of a whole freaking book, but you know too much to celebrate fully because it is only a draft and there is so much work ahead? I'm thinking something between a glass of bourbon and a lollipop?
