Cooking with chicken got 1000% better when I started cooking with thighs instead of breasts. All the better if your recipe will let you leave in the bones. Chicken breasts aren't that flavorful to begin with and meat packers regularly inject them with water to add size and weight.

My #ESP32 garage project is working great! I even added a temperature sensor. The logic works great with my smart garage opener: when @lvertner.bsky.social or I get home, it checks to see if the ultrasonic sees something parked under it. If no, it opens *that* door; if yes, it opens the other door!
