Noncitizen voting in federal elections is already illegal. The SAVE Act doesn’t fix a real problem; it creates one. It builds a giant bureaucracy to hunt for rare cases and ends up blocking huge numbers of eligible citizens who did everything right.

Also, may I say that I don’t agree with people saying ICE and CBP need “more training.” They’re doing exactly what this administration has trained them to—impose a reign of fear in blue cities. They don’t need more training. They need to be ripped up root and branch.

I think it’s safe to assume that we now know why Trump told the Republicans to kill the bipartisan border bill during Biden’s presidency. They’ve been planning this for a long time.

BREAKING: Trump admin caught red-handed LYING about the man ICE murdered in new video that shows the man just filming them! In response to the execution of a bystander by ICE agents who beat him senseless before killing him, the Department of Homeland Security smeared the victim as “an individual wanted to do maximum damage and massacre law enforcement” because he “approached US Border Patrol officers with a 9 mm semi-automatic handgun.” But new video shows this isn’t the case at all. One video taken by someone passing by the incident shows the victim filming the officers and then getting accosted. Other videos show an ICE agent disarming the man by removing the pistol from his holster — which he was legally permitted to carry — BEFORE the agents open fire, meaning they indeed did murder an unarmed man who they had already restrained on the ground. ICE just killed a man in cold blood for no reason, and now the government is once again shamelessly lying about it, just as they smeared poor Renee Good as a terrorist. Lock them all up and throw away the key.

Video shows the shooting victim in Minneapolis did not brandish a weapon and that ICE took his weapon BEFORE they assassinated him. It is legal to carry a firearm in MN.

2: Requesting only after care support to go to the site at 26th and Nicollet (Faith Leaders, trauma care, state leaders. ONLY).

On the execution in Minnesota: Obviously, the individuals involved should be held accountable. But responsibility goes to the top of ICE and CBP, and DHS. Their appropriations come up next week in the senate. Not a cent for DHS without pulling ICE and CBP off the streets, in MN and everywhere else.

Judge ordered 2 y/o child's release. ICE deliberately circumvents the courts, so children become collateral. Judges are bypassed, lawyers are shut out, force is used to clear a path for disappearance. This is not chaos or error. It is deliberate and is happening in Minneapolis.
