16 different Russian oil refineries have been damaged by Ukrainian drone strikes in the last two months. Russia can't hide their fuel shortage.

In response to the massive Russian attack yesterday, Ukrainian forces struck Russian power plants in Klintsy, Bryansk region, and Belgorod last night. The strikes resulted in power outages.

Russia maintained a 1+ million man army under Putin because invading and conquering much of Europe was always his plan. Ukraine was suppose to fall in 3 days and then it would have been on to the next country for Putin.
