The crossings are closed — we are trapped without food or medicine…my kids fall asleep to fear and wake up to hunger.

Dès lors, il nous semble indispensable de reconnaître la réalité et donc de réécrire la loi de 2005, en admettant que certains enfants n'ont pas leur place, de façon temporaire ou pas, à l'école. Oser ce pas, ce serait adapter au plus juste, oser donner réellement à chaque enfant ce dont il a besoin pour grandir en fonction de ses possibilités. L’humanisme en pratique plutôt que doctrinal. Un enfant n’est pas un élève. Apprendre le métier d’élève est d'ailleurs l'un des enjeux primordiaux de la scolarisation. La présence d’un AESH peut permettre de réaliser cela, un aménagement matériel aussi. Malheureusement, toute la bienveillance et tous les efforts du monde ne permettent pas toujours à un enfant de devenir élève. Et là, c’est le drame…

Un enfant handicapé n'est pas un élève. Ok.
Le Syndicat National des Écoles demande en toutes lettres de réécrire la loi de 2005 pour supprimer l'obligation d'inclusion scolaire de tous les enfants handicapés. 💩
Pour mentionner que ces gamins n'ont "pas leur place" dans la société. Ordures.

(Les réflexions menées par ces groupes de victimes (comme le collectif des Mères en lutte) souligne l’importance de repenser le droit civil, en particulier le droit de la famille, pour protéger les enfants face à l’inceste.)
