What a start! Day 1 at #GGJVancouver2026 was a total blast of creativity!! The energy in the room was so focused yesterday. From the moment the theme was revealed, we saw notebooks filling up, teams bonding over dinner from the food trucks, and the first lines of code being written.

🚗 Arriving by Car: If you’re driving in with your gear, we have some great news! We’ve coordinated with the facility team to make parking easy:
- Underground Parking: We recommend using the Douglas College underground parkade. (It’s a $5.50 daily maximum)
🚆 Arriving by SkyTrain: It’s a quick and easy walk (plus a tiny bit of hill for a pre-jam workout! 🏃♂️). Take the Expo line SkyTrain to New Westminster Station and follow the walking path shown in our first graphic.
