The current Supreme Court of the Unites States isn’t just “partisan.”

SCOTUS has been captured.

It is no longer adhering to the Constitution or the rule of law.

We are living with a Supreme Court where six justices now rule so openly in bad faith that their very oaths to the Constitution can no longer be taken seriously. Lies are not "differences of opinion."

Capitalism is all about aligning each person's self-interests with the interests of society as a whole. It’s not competition to screw everyone else — that is dysfunctional. Smith's capitalism is self-interest motivated competition channeled into benefitting everyone else.
