The CR is far from perfect, but it does contain a number of things good for IM physicians, including:

- 2.5% payment increase for Medicare PFS - this does NOT cover the full 2.83% cut, but helps
- 3.53% bonus for APMs
- 2-year ext of telehealth flexibilities
- PBM reform
