Too many “journalists” take the word of CEOs like Musk uncritically, Igor certainly doesn’t.

Orbital AI data centers could work, but they might ruin Earth in the process If executed at the scale, Musk's orbital data center plan could have devastating effects on the environment and the sustainability of low Earth Earth orbit.

ASUS has stopped producing the NVIDIA RTX 5070 Ti and 5060 Ti 16GB, saying they've reached 'end of life' YouTube channel Hardware Unboxed is reporting that NVIDIA has "effectively" discontinued the RTX 5070 Ti and 5060 Ti 16GB due to the ongoing memory crunch.

Great reporting by @hardwareunboxed.bsky.social on the RTX 5070 Ti. NVIDIA just responded to my request. "Demand for GeForce RTX GPUs is strong, and memory supply is constrained. We continue to ship all GeForce SKUs and are working closely with our suppliers to maximize memory availability."

I think the Disney-OpenAI deal makes a lot more sense if you examine from the point of view of OpenAI's precarious financial position.

I reviewed the OnePlus 15, which feels very much like OnePlus phones of yesterday. Mostly great hardware with a camera that could be better.

Verizon's latest ad defies CRT physics I lift three times a week, and I couldn't even lift a CRT like the woman does in this commercial.

I know the world is burning, but I need to draw your attention to this silly ad.

Not sure why so many companies think full suspension is something you need on a bike people will primarily use for commuting. It just makes the thing more expensive and difficult to maintain. Plus, that drivetrain looks like it will be a nightmare to fix, but at least it has a belt drive, right?
