Reminds me of Stop Cop City. The next shitstorm from the right happened and Stop Cop City practically vanished from the public eye.

They are VERY much counting on that thing where people online get bored with Current Cause and move on to the next thing. All these pressure groups rely on that to get past the initial backlash.

This is not caused primarily by "screen time".

It's been caused by the mass eradication of third places for young people in basically every city over the past three decades - and a society that's hostile to the concept of teens socialising in public spaces.
