I think that's the issue with using these LLM's for medical care (or legal services) - they do make mistakes and cost people their lives. I agree that we need better mental healthcare, but I don't think chatbots are a valid tool for that and can cause even more isolation & harm.

If a chatbot is going to give medical advice or provide a medical service though, it needs to be validated to do so which they're not. I work in the med device industry & there are strict regulations that need to be followed. & are those who created the model qualified to be providing this advice?

Yes, I feel like the more questions I ask the more they will talk instead of me and most people love to talk about themselves too lol but also even seemingly very generic questions sometimes will lead to learning key info about the company and culture! And good questions make you sound smart
