Latest #Astrophotography adventure, The Seagull Nebula. This was a difficult one, it’s very low from here, doesn’t get much above 20°, skirting the trees. And with the clocks going forward I was only able to about 1.5 hours a night. This it’s just over 6 hours and is very noisy. Details in AltText

I'm at a meeting at my public library. It is a community garden orientation, and plots are very cheap. Volunteer hours are used for maintenance and growing food for soup kitchens and the community. The org is supported by a local non profit.

Most satisfying housey fix ever so far: from stumbling on the broken cohousing faucet just when I needed it, to a neighbor mentioning he might have seen a replacement part right at hand, to finding the right tools, to the water actually coming through the hose after. Small victory, deep gratitude.
