Her face flames at the endearment, and she steals the bottle for a hasty swig, looking at the sky.

"You did. You can. I'll help. Will be fun."

"I'm going to see her in my nightmares."

She twitches, startled by the touch, but allows it, slowly straightening and wiping her mouth with a grateful nod. "And even then, he doesn't hold a candle to you. How unfortunate," she murmurs, half sing-song. "And so easy to snuff out."

She takes the bottle-
And spews her mouthful, lunching forward to hack several coughs, startled- and then her shoulders tremble with laughter.

"Bold as a lioness yourself, I see. But- wouldn't surprise me. Especially since he now wants to be... larger."

The Ranger groans, head dropping back on her neck.

"It's always the ones compensating for something that cheat."

She pauses, considering this.

She takes a long draw from the bottle, then, and hums. "For the laugh, then."

"... he.. he does realize that if the dragon was too much larger it would take too much energy for it to move, and thus it would then constantly be on the verge of starvation like a hummingbird, right? Right? Even magic can only compensate for so much."

"Solas. Always bet on the cornered wolf," she mutters, before holding her hand out for the bottle.

"Might be wishful thinking because 'child of the sun' over there could use some humbling, but I'll never bet against a wolf."

"... Better than my original plan," she admits, pulling three sovereign out.

"Probably two."

"The ancient elven men are fighting," she remarks, dry and flat-voiced.

She pauses, and glances sidelong.

"This probably shouldn't be funny. But I'm half waiting for one to yank the other's ear."

Sexuality -
Litriu is demisexual, demiromantic. She never felt attracted to anyone until a certain corvo d'oro traveled w her to battle the Blight, and didn't think she would ever fall in love, until that same Crow tried to give her an earring, and she couldn't accept it unless it meant something

Gender - Litriu considers herself genderqueer. She doesn't realize this until she's in her mid 20s. While based in Amaranthine. It lead to a few identity crisises that Zevran helps her through
She uses 'she/they' pronouns interchangeably, but doesn't at all like to be referred to as a woman or girl

As a note for rp and worldbuilding, I supplemented Bioware's Ranger lore with Tamora Pierce's wild magic. Essentially Litriu has Some magic but not enough for true spellwork. Animals who spend prolonged time with her grow more intelligent and live longer- she can speak with them and see through them

Class - rogue, dual wielding with a short sword and a long dagger. She specced' as a Ranger and an assassin- come Amaranthine I think I also put some training in as a Shadow?
She was devastatingly lethal in-game and essentially 1v1'd half the bosses lmfao.

Race - Dalish Elf
Background - Dalish elf, raised communal by her clan when her parents were killed by Ferelden humans. She was a bit of a hard case for her keeper- too wild by half. The username of this account, 'da'ghilan' means 'little beast' in elvhen and it's what she was called often.

Age -
Litriu was 19 in Origins, meaning she's about 42 by the time of Veilguard.

Name - Litriu Mahariel

Litriu is a gaelic word that literally means 'to spell' as in a word. I was a kid when I made her, when Origins first came out, and I love it too much to change it.
But I thought it meant to spell as in to charm or bewitch. Oh well.
