Despite the school's marketing as an innovative, tailored alternative to traditional brick-and-mortar publics, teachers' instruction rarely reflected this.

Linking the working version of our systematic review of school principal burnout. We found a weak research base that focuses overwhelmingly on the antecedents of burnout but rarely its consequences. This topic deserves more and better study in the wake of COVID.
