How does one return to bluesky after disappearing for approximately 9 months? 👀 🙃

Also I'm highly suspicious that increasing the dose on one of my meds was the biggest factor in sending me into such a bad crash and significantly reducing my baseline.

So I'm working on getting off that medication now. 👍🏽

Oh hey while I was gone I figured out I have #MCAS and have started more antihistamines.

Still haven't seen allergist/immunologist but even this change (and eating lower histamine) has been shockingly effective.
