Think #ITFC’s biggest issue is we are crying out for someone to hold onto the ball and give the defence a rest.

Overall, not the worst defeat we will have this season and a much better showing than the Newcastle game. I think, like they have been the past two seasons, January signings will be key.

I know we have a number of injuries but right now, if we are not winning after 60 minutes, chances are we won't end up with three points.

There is a notable drop off in quality to the bench so when Delap runs out of energy, our attacking threat plummets.

Also still not convinced with Jack Clarke.

The back five provides much more defensive security for a team often used to chaos but does so at the cost of any attacking threat.

Delap was left isolated against the best CB pairing in the league while Omari continued to try and do too much sometimes.

Agreed! I think those who say Phillips is bad haven’t been watching us a lot this year. A player not afraid to get the ball.

Was impressed by Cajuste against Spurs though!

Yeah I was surprised Chappers didn't start against Spurs. My only worry is we wouldn't have much width with all three midfielders liking to be in the middle.
