Hi Steve, I do not own any Apple devices, but I think there should be an app for this. Heard about iFTx or so...

First test QSO with #FT8CN, #Xiegu G90 and DV27S mobile antenna. No cable connection at the moment, just sound transmission through the air (and PTT directly by hand).
To be able to run FT8CN on the old #Samsung Galaxy S4, I installed Lineage OS 18.1. #hamradio #Amateurfunk

Btw, there is another region in Germany (Saxonia) where it is easier - they run the Saxonian Mountain Contest during the whole year, and lots of people are listening on specific frequencies for this during the day.

Hi, for most images I used the original rubber duck antenna. For two #ISS passes I used a mounted DIY T2LT antenna. But no big difference - while the T2LT might have bigger gain, the rubber duck antenna allowed me to better adjust the direction.

I think I just saw the Dragon capsule of #FRAM2 passing Arcturus, but could not receive any #SSTV signal from #FRAM2HAM yet.

Yes, I guess that receiving their SSTV signal is also possible with my setting. So maybe I will give it a try - but need some predictions about future passes.
