Duma rep Andrei Lugovoy has sent a letter to Russian Justice Dep to list NHC as an «undesirable organization» after decades of cooperation with dissidents and human rights defenders. We strongly disagree & see this as part of the Kremlin’s campaign against civil society. So far no official response
