I have learned over many years to verbalize "I am anxious" and "I am depressed" *out loud to other people* quicker and quicker and it's as close to a magic wand as I know.

I went in but it was still so strange. I couldn’t figure out if it was sanctioned by FB or not - was leaning towards yes otherwise thought they’d be sued out of existence for selling merch w/ their logo. I mentioned it in my weekly newsletter linking to some info I found before your piece went live.

Spent the whole day in the airport waiting to leave Buenos Aires for AMS only to have the flight cancelled. Something wrong with the turbine they couldn’t fix in time. Sucks but would rather not fall out of the sky today. 🙏
